The Homeowner needed the roof pressure washed to be able to renew their home insurance policy. Which was going to be terminated by the insurance carrier due to a dirty roof
When pressure washing a two story tile roof we remove a tile and install a safety anchor to the roof deck.. This gives us a safe point to attach the rope to the roof while wearing a harness to clean.
We pressure washed the roof using high pressure water only, with no chemicals.
After the roof was cleaned, the before and after photos were sent to the insurance company. The home owner was able to renew their home insurance policy
